Discovery Coaching Session

A one-on-one coaching session that includes guided questions to explore artistic hopes and dreams, artistic skill set, and analysis of current creative practice.Covers general questions about art school, art application process, and a written summary with linked resources. If you go on to purchase a full package the price is reduced from the overall package price.

3-Coaching Sessions

Includes an initial coaching session, plus two additional sessions customized to cover the areas needed by the client. This includes but is not limited to establishing a college list, identifying fit and match programs, customizing portfolio, drafting statements and essays, and providing feedback on portfolio development.

5-Coaching Sessions

Weekly or bi-weekly video conferences that are scheduled to fit the client’s needs and covers:

Guided questions to explore artistic hopes and dreams, and the student’s artistic skill set.
Analysis of current creative practice.
General questions about art school and the art application process.
Examples of successful portfolios and assignment prompts.
Inclusion of visual resources and expert guidance on portfolio development.
Introduction to colleges, programs, and degrees that are customized to fit the student’s interest and personal measure-sticks.
Short-term application plan and timeline including all supplemental material for each application.
Evaluation of academic and artistic achievements to provide a complete list of Reach/Fit/Safety options.

10-Coaching Sessions

All of the above plus:

Assistance narrowing options for a short list of colleges.
Assistance with application process and review of each application.
Customization of each application in terms of portfolio and image descriptors.
Advising on other aspects of the application both academic and extracurricular.
Reviewing and editing of essay by professional writing staff.
Final review of applications.
